Have you completed the 8 hr. Somatic Massage Class Live or In Person

The classes are ongoing here is the upcoming schedule for you to plan ahead to complete your certification.

Please arrive by 9:30 am to get yourself set up, we will be closing the doors at 10 and beginning. There is no exception to this. If you miss the start you'll need to revisit the next session.

Please bring your;

Linens
Massage cream or cocoa butter
Pillows for support
A yoga mat or towel is recommended for some floor work
Note-taking materials
Your journals
Your percussion tool

You'll want to have decided which two holds you are going to practice. I will have session notes forms for you. So handouts will be provided.

Plan to arrive by 9:30 am to get signed in and settled. We will start at 10:00. We will have an hour for lunch, and if you bring food, there is some refrigerator space and a microwave available for your use.
