Replay - Somatically Supported Shoulders May 16th, 2026

In this Saturday's Retreat, held May 16th, 2026 Live, virtual, You will learn 4 simple movement series that will condition your shoulders to move completely supported. You will learn simple somatic awareness skills that when applied to a slow pace, guide your shoulders, upper back, and torso through learning to be relaxed while active.

 

Class consists of 3 intervals. Each one guiding you shoulders through gentle active states,  into directed massage and rest practice for integration. These exercises are radically gentle yet effective in dynamically integrating tension and pain patterns. Leaving you feeling more whole, flexible, connected, rested and clear.

 

You'll need;

Internet connection 

Space to move 

An exercise mat, pillow and blanket

A chair if sitting on the floor is difficult for you

A yoga block 

Thin long towel or a yoga strap or belt if you have a hard time reaching the block behind you. 

A percussion tool

Snacks

Drinks
