Due to the dramatic changes occurring in our world today, Jesus has invited me to lower the tuition for this class so that many can access it, as well as begin the series with a special "How to move toward emergency situations while remaining in refuge". Hope you are able to join and learn these imperative skills.
In this class, we will be diving deeper into the fundamentals of the Always Held daily practice steps. Over the next eight weeks, you will learn the science, supportive scripture, sensory strength training skills, and relational perspectives embedded in each of the eight practice steps.
When applying these steps, you are empowered to move toward the stress, overwhelm, and suffering in your life, so that it can be held, find rest, and be made anew through you. The time is now. Jesus invites you to remain in a state of grace and peace, amid the uncertainty of our lives, and this changing world. This practice offers you the refuge.
