2-Day Retreat Agenda

Day One

Day One 10 am–5:00 pm

The first day provides the opportunity to become settled into AlignMeant™ with your Source, YourSelf, and the Group. You will learn sensory agility™ techniques  to fully InBody the power of your life purpose to-date. This first healing, energizes your ability to become compassionately present with the second aspect of yourself awaiting to heal.  You may sense that there is something  blocking or holding back your ability to heal or move forward in life. You will learn how to unleash the power of compassion, presence, love, rest, and fun, and will see first hand how these skills help you to Co-Create a transformation.

 

You will need a yoga mat, (2) pillows, and a blanket. You will be moving in and out of gentle yoga positions and seated or laying down guided introspective work.

5:30pm-7:00pm - Decompression time, rest, and snack. 

7-8pm Walk on the beach 

8pm Dinner out at an Italian Restaurant 

Day Two

Day Two 9 am-4 pm

*optional - 6:30 am sunrise meditation on the beach

7:00-9:00 eat and prepare for the day

9:00 am - 4:00

The morning of the second day we are completing the second healing. We then break, eat, rest and shift focus to InBodying our greatest intention for the upcoming months. Each group member learns to apply the power of intention, and group presence. Each participant is fully supported in intuiting their intention and articulating it in a way that unlocks and ignites it's power to manifest into reality.
