I’ve created a solution to the epidemic of poor posture with a 50-min, lunch time yoga class. This class is designed to help support optimal posture, with techniques developed from my experience in yoga, massage therapy, and physical therapy. The flow of poses in the class specifically address postural problems, so that participants can experience more space in their bodies, and freedom from many common body aches.
