Did you know that you are designed with in a built in mechanism that literally  metabolizes the physically uncomfortable and mentally exhausting experience of fear, worry and groundlessness.  We are not meant to remain in these mental and physical states, however without the understanding of how we are physically designed to let it go, we can sometimes get stuck. I believe these states are meant to help us focus on recalibrating our beings and aligning our lives so that we are fueled and directed by the Source or God of our understanding, instead of  scrambling toward a familiar sense of security.

  • How fear, worry, and that uncomfortable sense of groundlessness are actually emotional alert signals, sent to let you know that your are ready to recalibrate to a deeper connection with the your source and purpose.
  • How you can ease the erratic activity in your mind though physical prayer
  • Explain how your brain is conditioned to seek out past securities, and why this is so hard when your life is inviting you into change.


Don’t worry about anything instead, pray about everything. Tell god your needs and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this you will experience gods peace, which is far more wonderful that the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest.
